To celebrate 1,000,000 paying subscribers and the holiday season, Salesforce.com hosted a special networking event at IndoChine Forbidden City on 6 December 2007. The place was packed with more than 500 guests who were pleasantly surprised by the “Winter Wonderland” theme experience. Guests walked through a tunnel of falling snow and blizzard, drank special mixed cocktail from an ice luge, mingled with the elves and fairies and even took up the challenge to endure sub-zero temperature inside the Ice Palace.
