Goh Keng Swee Command and Staff College Seminar 2011

This seminar jointly organised by the Goh Keng Swee Command and Staff College, the SAF-NTU Academy and the S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies is the first collaboration of its kind intended as an inclusive discourse that bridges the gap between academics and practitioners. Held over 2 days from 6 – 7 October 2011, the seminar drew upon the expertise, experience and perspectives of speakers from the Nordic and Baltic states, New Zealand, Israel, the Netherlands including India, Australia, the UK and the US.
